My role includes manipulating the website and Instagram data to analyse the consumers’ needs and trends to help develop ideas to further drive customer growth. By organising advertisement on Instagram, I increased the reach of the Instagram page by 88%, with 76% of the impressions coming from the promotion itself. The business gained over 600 followers in the first month.
